3. Payment:

a. Payment Terms: Payment for video services is due as per the agreed-upon terms in the contract or invoice.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

a. Changes: If the client wishes to make changes to the scope of work after the initial agreement, additional fees may apply. Changes should be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

b. Cancellations: In case of project cancellations, the client may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the stage of the project and costs incurred.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights:

a. Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final edited video(s) produced under this agreement.

b. Usage Rights: WATERMELON MEDIA retains the right to use the final edited video(s) for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Client Information: We will not disclose any confidential client information unless required by law.

7. Liability and Damages:

a. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during the video shoot. Clients may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our video services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions (Studio Bookings)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of studio booking services provided by WATERMELON MEDIA ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a studio session with us, you ("client" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payments:

a. Studio Booking: To secure a studio session, clients must make a booking through our designated booking channels. All bookings are subject to availability.

b. Deposit: Clients are required to make a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total session cost at the time of booking. The deposit secures the booking and is deducted from the total session cost.

c. No Show Policy: Failure to show up for a booked studio session without prior notice will result in a 50% deduction from the total session cost. There will be no refund for the deducted amount. The remaining 50% of the session cost must be paid at least one week before the rescheduled booking date.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. Cancellation: Clients may cancel a booked session, but the deposit is non-refundable.

b. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a booked session without incurring additional fees if done at least one week before the original booking date. Rescheduling within one week of the original booking date will result in a 25% rescheduling fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Late Arrivals:

a. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their booked sessions. Late arrivals will not be given extra time beyond the originally booked duration. This policy is in place to accommodate the schedules of our staff and ensure fairness to other clients.

4. Studio Conduct:

a. Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while using our studio facilities. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

5. Liability and Damages:

6. Studio Access:
